  The Te Okioki Isthmus Portage is a Popular Spot for Kayaking and Boating
  A great pace to Explore, there are limestone Bluff & Bivys of sorts around Circle Cove as well as the remains of a Pre European Eel Trap Trench still evident around the Island at the Circle Cove end of the Portage.
