  Very helpful staff but below average place if you are not a backpacker. Very old rooms with taps and showers with no water (it was impossible to have a shower). For the price they charge, you expect the place to be 3.5 - 4 stars. However it is not even close to being a 1 star hotel in Australia. It is targeted at backpackers not families. Please do your research before booking.
